Clarification and Resignation

Hey Loves,
This is Milk here. So there has been controversy over the topic of guild officers floating around the guild and it has gotten some people pretty upset. This is my fault.
I will try to clear things up and offer my sincerest apologies.

For those of you who are new to this topic, what had happened was was that I had appointed Fwog and OverlordAzu as guild officers while other officers were away; not providing any notification. This ended up causing a lot of trouble because I had requested that Azu merchant some guild items to free up storage space.
The reasoning behind this decision was that PeachCat no longer has time to organize the guild bank, and frankly some of the item in there are not needed by any members.

So, due to my lack of thought, other guild members began to think there was another kidbuu incident going on and hence chaos. As clarification, I personally apointed both officers Fwog and OverlordAzu and had personally requested Azu vend off some storage items.

Now comes to the conclusion.
Obviously I have made some poor decisions as guild leader which have had pretty bad consequences (bank getting robbed, players leaving, guild fighting, etc) and also I have lost much intrestet in the game itself (not you guys, you're all lovely). For these reasons, I am offering my resignation as guild leader. If anyone would like to take leadership of this guild, I will be open to hearing what you have to say and we will potentially hold a vote to elect a new leader.
Until that time in which a new guild leader can be decided, I hope everyone will be able to bear with me.

tl; dr
1. Officer controversy concering Sickelusive, Fwog, and OverlordAzu was my fault.
2. I am no longer fit to be the guild leader and am offering my resignation.

Further clarification regarding sick's demotion.
Although this was influenced by the conflict between he and Fwog (Officers shoud'nt be fighting), the major cause for demotions was as follows:
1. He did not fulfill the job that was appointed to him (kicking inactive members)
2. His recent activity was not as frequent as it was prior

I wouldn't mind being leader, but I believe I'd probably won't be able to fit the bill since I'm really not that interested in DN like I use to be. If anything I'm more or less here to be social and talks to ya alls~. Like right now I don't even know what items would be useful to guild storage other than "gear" and the fact I only have like 27 gold to my name. Of course I could grind for gold and stuff and catch up, but again I'm already losing interest in the game. I just wanna chillax and talk ;x. Personally I believe the leader needs to be able to run guild runs once new content comes out and better dungeons come out. That probably won't be me lol.
